A loadcell is a small device that is able to weigh the load that is on it. It has two fixed and two variable resistors connected to the Wheatstone bridge.

Kapton is a special type of material that is resistant to high temperatures and does not conduct electricity. When it is thinly rolled out and adhesive tape is placed on it, we get a kapton tape.
