It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including IoT devices, sensor nodes, control systems, and other low-power embedded projects.
Optocoupler 4N35 is a device that electrically (by light, not by electricity) separates the two parts of the circuit. That means, if a short circuit occurs on one part of the circuit or any kind of other error that causes malfunction of components, there won’t be any malfunctions to the second part of the circuit because there is no way (since they separated by light) to transfer the error.
To sum it up, this optocoupler is very common and generally, it can be used for all applications.
Come on, everyone knows what the NE555 is! It is unlikely that we could make anything in our store without it, since it is inevitable in any kind of education, and is also able to solve the “time” problems in any type of assembly. It is a timer and can be used to create a pulse oscillator, delays …
LM358 is probably the best known and most frequently used operational amplifier. One pack contains two op-AMPs, but one can be used as a buffer, and one to increase its voltage. It is very convenient and easy to use. Also, this is a dual supply op-amp, which means you can turn up positive and negative voltages.
ESP8266 is an IC that delivers a true revolution in the world of makers, especially in the world of IoT (Internet of Things). This is a complete 32-bit SoC (System on Chip) with built-in flash memory, frame and EEPROM which can even be programmed directly from the Arduino interface, without the need for additional micro-controller. With all this, the most important point is that in itself has a built-in WiFi (AP, STA, AP + STA), all that for “little money”.
ESP8266 in this form (ESP-12) is suitable for direct soldering to a printed circuit board as an SMD component or directly solder the wires since the pin has its holes. It also comes with a PCB trace antenna.
Note: ESP8266 is an IC that works at 3.3V! Connecting directly to 5V, or track Arduino or Croduino plate will destroy it! Use logic level converter.
Well known and popular 8-bit Atmel microcontroller which is used on the majority of modern Arduino boards as well as on Dasduino. This one is the SMD version, just as the one on Dasduino, which is used for soldering on PCBs and for usage in projects.
Using this 8-bit shift register called 74HC595, you can increase the number of I/O(input/output) codes on your Dasduino/Arduino. Register itself uses 3 codes from the microcontroller, and in return it gives 8 I/O codes. The fact that you can connect a very large number of these registers and get a very large number of I/O codes by using only 3 codes from the microcontroller should not be neglected.
This transistor is also in our Dasduino Beginner Kit.
